Shipping & Delivery
If you choose this shipping method your order is sent through the Irish National Postal system (An Post), it is slower then our Parcel Express option, but if you're trying to save a few quid standard post is a good choice.

Northern Ireland €2.50 (5-7 working days)
United Kingdom €3.95 (6-8 working days)
Europe €3.95 (8-10 working days)
Rest of World €5.45 (10-14 working days)
*** We highly advise you use a work address rather than a home address as a delivery option!
Advantages - Cheaper Option and It will also get posted into your mailbox whether there is someone there or not which is much easier than having to be there to sign for item
Disadvantages - Delivery/item is not insured, traceable or guaranteed
An Post Ireland (insured & Trackable)
We use An Post registered express deliveries, this means your order is fully insured, trackable and super fast. There is also a standard post option which is highlighted below. If we can't fulfil your order in one delivery we will contact you as soon as possible. All orders should be despatched within 2 working days(except for exceptionally busy times of the year) and are subject to delivery charges which are:
Republic of Ireland €5.95 (1-2 working days)
Northern Ireland €5.95 (1-3 working days)
United Kingdom €7.25 (1-3 working days)
Europe €7.25 (3-5 working days)
Rest of World €7.25 (5-7 working days)
Orders must be signed for by the recipient, if you are not there to accept your order a slip will be left to notify you of an attempted delivery. Your order will then be brought to your local sorting office and will be held for collection for 7 days. If not collected it will be returned to us and you will be liable for return shipping costs.

Disadvantages - It is a little bit more expensive and also if you miss the delivery you will have to go down to your depot to collect
The security of your personal information is very very important to us. In order to process your Credit Card orders, we use Paypal to validate & verify your account information. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). All billing and account info is transmitted via https which is a secure encrypted protocol system.

If you give us your personal information, we will use this information to register you with our Web site, to administer our Web site services, and/or to process any orders you may place online. We will send you announcements or communications by e-mail only if you give us your permission by submitting your personal details
Babydub does not sell, rent, or disclose our customers’ names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or other personal information.
Returns & Replacements
In the event of a return please read the Returns Policy below before you ship your garment - failure to adhere to the correct returns procedure could cause delay.
Returning an unwanted item
To ensure optimum care and attention is given to each garment BabyDub print individually and do not bulk produce. This way every item is given 100% attention.
Each customer is entitled to a 14 day grace period to return an unworn/unopened item for a full no questions refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be exchanged for a different size / style / store credit if received within a further 14 days after the 14 day grace period has passed (total returns time of 28 days).
If an item returned is found to be ineligible for return/refund/exchange for reasons stated within these terms, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs we incur to send the item back.
Can I return a Sale, Clearance or 'End Of Line' item?
Sale, clearance or end of line items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the garment as the item has been reduced in price to clear.
What about personalised products?
Bespoke or custom made items to customer requirements may not be exchanged for any reason other than goods being defective as these are not regular store items and are not eligible for re-sale.
For example: We offer a personalised service for our birth announcments. We do not have the facility to check all submitted text to see if it's spelt correctly. We will proof the ite back to the customer and if we are not made aware prior to sign off there id nothing that we can do. We cannot make corrections to the garment once printing has completed and therefore cannot accept it back for exchange thereafter. By submitting a name and completing a purchase of a personalised product the customer is accepting these terms and conditions.
